Tumpek Landep: the day Bali gives thanks for its metals
Every 210 days, Bali lays its metal before the shrine: keris, tools, cars and laptops. Why our first pieces are planned for Tumpek Landep, 14 November 2026.

Once every 210 days, on the Saturday of the week called Landep, Bali gives thanks for metal. On Tumpek Landep, families set offerings beside their keris daggers, their tools, their motorbikes and cars, and now their laptops and phones. The word landep means sharp, and the day is also understood as a reminder to keep the mind sharp and clear.
Tumpek days fall on a Saturday that is also a Kliwon, the center day of the Pancawara week. There are six of them in the Pawukon cycle, each for a different part of life: metals, trees, music and puppets, animals, and more.
Parwata works mostly in metal: silver, copper, brass and the five metals of Panca Datu. It felt right to begin on the island's day of thanks for metal. Our first pieces are planned for Tumpek Landep, 14 November 2026, and each new metal collection will follow the same 210-day rhythm.
We do not sell blessings or ceremonies. The day is a date in the island's calendar that we keep, not a service we offer.
