Our return and warranty terms will be published here before the first pieces go on sale. We intend to offer:
- A return window for unworn pieces in their original packaging.
- Care and repair for threads, cords and clasps, because handmade pieces are meant to be worn for years.
- Clear guidance on what counts as natural wear: silver darkening where it meets the skin, cotton softening, seeds deepening in color.
